Parking: Paid lot; fills quickly on peak days. Arrive early.

Kiawah Resort & Community Boardwalks (Guests & Owners)

Overview: Multiple signed boardwalks along the island provide beach access for resort guests and property owners.

Access: Use is limited to registered resort guests, renters with valid passes, and owners. Parking/permits may be required.

Tip: Check your rental or resort confirmation for your nearest boardwalk number and parking instructions.

Beach Etiquette & Wildlife

Overview: Kiawah protects nesting sea turtles, shorebirds, and dolphins. Follow posted rules for pets, dunes, and dune walkovers.

Tips: Do not disturb nests, never feed wildlife, pack out your trash, and stay off the dunes.
